Electronic Signature (E-Sign) Consent Agreement
Last updated: July 2026
This Electronic Signature Consent Agreement ("Consent") describes how Terms Deal Academy ("Terms Deal Academy," "we," "us," or "our") provides records and obtains signatures electronically at termsdealacademy.com and across our programs and services. By checking a box, clicking to accept, typing your name, drawing a signature, or otherwise indicating agreement, you consent to the terms below.
1. Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures
You agree that we may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other records to you electronically, and that you may sign documents electronically rather than on paper. This Consent applies to every electronic record and signature exchanged between you and Terms Deal Academy in connection with our services, unless a specific record states otherwise.
2. Your Electronic Signature Is Legally Binding
Your electronic or digital signature, whether it is a typed name, a click-to-accept action, or a drawn signature, is the legal equivalent of a handwritten, ink-on-paper signature. It is legally binding, and you agree to be bound by it to the same extent as a physical signature. You acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). You further agree that an electronic record of your signature and the related document may be used as evidence of the agreement.
3. Consent to Electronic Delivery of Records
We may deliver records to you by posting them within the dashboard, by emailing them to the address associated with your account, or by making them available for download. It is your responsibility to keep your email address and contact information current so that you continue to receive these records. You should save or print copies of important records for your files.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you will need:
- A device with internet access and a current web browser.
- A valid email account and the software needed to send and receive email.
- The ability to view and save documents in common formats, such as PDF.
- Enough local storage or a printer to keep copies of records you wish to retain.
By giving your consent, you confirm that you are able to access records in these formats. If our system requirements change in a way that could affect your ability to access records, we will notify you.
5. Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of records or signatures that were provided before your withdrawal took effect. Withdrawing consent may limit or end your ability to use services that depend on electronic records and signatures.
6. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any record we provided to you electronically by emailing [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable fee for producing and mailing paper copies, and we will tell you about any fee before we process the request.
7. Contact
To withdraw consent, request paper copies, update your contact information, or ask questions about this Consent, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (888) 272-0260.
